The staff was extremely nice and made sure everything was just right. I really appreciated the excellent service I will definitely be visiting again!

I ordered a double whopper and fries there was something in the burger i keep having little pieces of what feels like plastic.
Lady at your drive thru with the short ponytail mid 40/50s is incredibly disrespectful. Mocked my dad for the way he talks and seemed annoyed from the start of our order. I understand you may have had a long day of work but please don't take it out on us. You can't get nothing in life from being rude.

This is supposed to be a Big Fish with extra pickles and tarter sauce. The breaing on the fish was dry and hard the fish was chewy. Fries were not cooked thoughly. Cheesy bits very salty. The phone # on the receipt diconnected. I had to Google it. Recording came on to leave a message. Did that. Used web site on receipt. Voiced my complaint no return call. I threw the food out. I want a full refund $11.52. I will never go there again. Second time food was nasty. 1st time hash rounds were cold and tasted like old grease. 7a I will contact Fox2 if I dont get my refund.
