At the window it was no customer service she didn’t repeat my order or tell me how much my order was. I asked for a cup holder slams the window closed. On top of that my wait was 30 mins in drive thru and the food was hot.

They serve dry old burgers and as 1 of the few burger kings left they should be ashamed. AND they NEVER give you zesty sauce! 5 orders of onion rings not 1 sauce. Look at these pics of some dry cold food, the cheese won't even melt. Close down.

The worst Burger King I have ever been to. Asked for the $5 snack wrap duo, guy charged me $10 and gives me two cups. What? Whatever, I’ll cut my losses. So I wait at least 15 minutes as the staff chaotically tries to figure out what’s going on with the orders. They all have a meeting to figure out what’s going on. It doesn’t seem to help because then they ask me what I ordered. I tell them. They say ‘we’re not playing games, I need a receipt’ OK - I gave them the receipt. Guess I wasn’t playing games because then they started working on it, slowly. I got so fed up as more people got their orders that came in after me that, I just walked out. Terrible.

This place will be shut down again in no time because the service is still THE WORST. Workers are rude. They have zero desire to do their job. I couldn't tell you how the food is, or if they even make food. No one has time to wait 30+ minutes for ONE burger, ONE order of fries, and ONE drink. This is really the worst fast food place I've ever been to, still.
This lady just told me she will not make me a icee , I asked if the machine was down she said No she just not making it ...lol I wasn't mean nasty or rude to this women for her to tell me no she not going to make the drink... I even repeated my order after she I placed the order she told me she didn't get nothing I said..horrible customer service

I been in this drive thru line for over 45mins for Jr plus M side. I understand you guys just opened back up but if you didn’t have enough money to buy more equipment plus hire more staff then you should’ve just stayed closed into the time came. Since waiting over 45mins 6+ cars have drove off why because the long wait. Sad to say but you guys maybe closing again. Because the food ask for onion rings but instead the big girl gave me half fries half onions this isn’t what I ask for then when say something she said it’s onion rings inside too like why you opened back up.

Just opened on the 25th food nasty . Service was terrible . So unprofessional. Man at the counter said his stomach was bubbly and he had to go take a deuce . ??. Another man was at the counter cussing. Will never go back .. zero stars

Since they've re-opened, I am highly impressed. The staff is friendly. The food is made in a timely fashion. It is also made properly. I've had no mishap with my orders. Food is always freshly made. I would definitely recommend going to this location.
