I came through the drive through and ordered a chili fry with cheese fries hard. I actually said it twice to confirm the person taking my order over the speaker heard me. I get to the window and pay and was given my order in less than 2 minutes. I get home, I only live literally 2 blocks away, and open the box and the fries and the chili were ice cold. It’s seems like somebody else ordered it and didn’t come get it so they gave it to me. Gave me old cold food.I called back and asked for a manager and got hung up on. I called back and asked for a manager and asked did they hang up on me because I asked for a manager. The person who answered said she hung up on me because she could not hear me.I proceeded to tell her the issue and she says, well I told him to fry them hard. I told her, well he didn’t and on top of that it seemed like you just gave me cold old food. She never apologized or anything, she just said bring it back and we will remake it.At this point why would I have you do that. I complained about the food who knows if it’s going to be right or what will be done to my food. Y’all just give people in the community anything and give us poor service and expect us to patronize you business when we the folks keeping y’all open. I will never order from y’all again.I told her I would give them a terrible review on Google and she OK and hung up. My next step is social media and I wish Me Chiimetime was still in Detroit so he could put them on blast all the way.

I have an allergy to cheese I order NO CHEESE only to drive 15 minutes away only to get home with a whole lot of cheese under my salad. The cook was very distracted talking and not focused also the music was very loud like I was in the club. The kicker is they don't do refunds after they messed up on my food. This is bad customer service I will not be coming back.
