I’d only been to the UP location last year (and just about died when I found out they were in MI again), so when I saw this location on the way to a job interview a few months later I knew that was it. The Caribou may have influenced me into not only taking, but staying in the job more than the job did if we’re being honest. I get an espresso shaker and a random food item at least once a week and it’s the best part of my commute. Every barista is always so chipper and pleasant...
Staff is always pleasant. However, service is always slow, yet I've never seen more than 3 customers on site. The drinks have never disappointed. I've asked myself why I keep going back. I guess insanity really is doing the same thing and expecting different results. ?
Really good coffee. They just use way too much ice. Like it is a little absurd the amount of ice they put in the drinks. Its equaling out to way less than the advertised sizes. Try to order ur drinks with light I've if ya can, even them they might not do it
