OK, you can’t look around for good coffee in Detroit area without going here. Very good coffee. They made one of the best espresso shots I have ever had from their Ethiopian sweet lily bean. Absolutely amazing profile. I also got their Kenya AB pour over which was likewise delicious. As you’ll see in the photos, the breadth of their bean selection is intense! Definitely did not make it out of there without some ?.
Very fresh roasted coffee! The pour over I got was delicious. After I tried my pour over I went back and bought some beans to take home. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.
I am moving to the Berkeley area from Arizona and I made it a point to visit coffee shops and grocery stores on my latest trip. I have been accused of being a coffee snob in the past and as much as I do not find delight with the word snob I can’t deny the sentiment behind the accusation.
