I ordered a chicken bowl from the app and got it delivered to my job. My bowl didn't gave any chicken. Chipotle need to do better with their to go orders.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla for pickup. They were out of fajita veggies so didn’t get that, not a huge deal but then I get home and there’s literally NO CHEESE in it. So it’s just a toasted flour tortilla?! What the heck. I’ve heard bad things about pick up for chipotle instead of ordering at the store, but first time trying it. Never again. What a waste of $11

There was an extremely long wait. Didn’t make it known or expressed things they were out of. Rice was crunchy; and the portion was extremely off.

I just sent my child in to get food, she was inside over half an hour, her phone died she comes back empty handed because the male employees are playing around flirting and touching each other rather than customer service . I’m not coming here anymore They need to move this location to the hood

Worst location I’ve been to. They are always out of multiple ingredients. If you order on the app, good luck! If they don’t have half the ingredients, you get what you get not what you pay for (and the prices here are higher than most nearby locations). I paid for steak and got a salad with 3 pieces of lettuce, mostly rice, and veggies only. Oh but they sent me a BOGO reward that I’ll never use because I’m 1 person, not 2 (even tho the reward I used was for 1 free entree). So don’t ever use your rewards here, or just don’t support this location at all. Instead, just throw money away and stay hungry because it’s the same experience either way.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Given this place the benefit of the doubt too many times but this is absolutely ridiculous. Staff obviously does not want to be there, and the portions are even worse. Paying full price for a meal here is a donation, will never be back again.

Yep, it's bad. Got the Tacos and had to recook them so that they were somewhat edible. You will literally get better tacos and save money going to Taco Bell down the road
