The food was good. However, there wasn't much chicken in my chicken bowl. This was my first visit to this restaurant. When we walked in, the place wasn't clean. There was food on all of the booths and a bunch of napkins on the floor. My first impression was to turn around and go somewhere else. I am hoping this is not the norm. There was a long line of customers, and the food prep area was a mess.

If I could’ve gave no stars I would’ve. The place was dirty as hell and there were multiple items out of stock. I was willing to look past all that because all the staff looked like teens but the cherry on top was one of the workers letting some random person cut in front of the long line in the middle of my order. Will never come back to this location!

Had us waiting for reasons we weren’t told. We weren’t even acknowledged as we waited some 10-15mins in front of the person cleaning up the area. They didn’t have grilled peppers for the meal I was ordering and yet I was charged the full price for it. Seems unreasonable to me since it was the main reason why I wanted chipotle that evening.

There are always people fighting/loud in line, it’s like a Waffle House. Try a different location, this one always has problems.

I find this location typically very clean, I eat here about 10 time a month, the staff are great! but they don't have veggies...... Almost ever. One in 20 times? even a few hours before close
I didn’t even eat the food when I looked at the back it was filthy 5 crew member standing around not cleaning a thing. They also looked like they haven’t showered in days. The smell when I hit the door was terrible and i felt like I would get a stomach ache from the food.

Went to this location on 2:/17 upon opening . Although they were still prepping and getting things rolling for the day. When it came to be my turn we were told they did not have Honey vinaigrette dressing ready and might not have it for hours , This really disappointed quite a few customers to the point that we were ready to leave . This is Hot item lol . The young man who was helping us actually got off the Serving line and said I’ll make you all some right now !!! His name was Malik and we found out later he was a manager !!! This was exceptional customer service and sometimes it’s the little things. He was so polite and never broke his professionalism not one time. Still smiled and made it and served us kindly. We Al also realized this was no easy task to make it !! Thank you to Malik and Ferndale staff for restoring customer satisfaction not just by giving dressing. But by caring to have what the customers came for !! Great job !! Will return !!!! Awesome service !!
