Love it! We originally planned to go to the Cajun place up the street which was closed on the Monday we came. It got us to try something different and excellent. The interior looks to be from the 50s and the places we are like an old shoe, very comfortable and a place that seems like it's been here forever. Pizza: excellent. What's not to like about Detroit style and they do it right here. Only thing I would suggest is to spread the sauce a little closer to the edges....
My wife and I arrived about an hour before closing and we apologized and started to leave. The cool and courteous staff insisted we stay and enjoy ourselves. That we did indeed. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. The two ladies that helped us were awesome! The trainee has a great career ahead of her as she seemed as if she's been working there forever.
Every since the first visit I knew this place was meant for annual occasions. The food is always a 10/10 and the service has always been top notch, a real friendly and loveable atmosphere that leads me coming back.
