Great flavors -customer service was amazing. Clean area and seating if you want to enjoy your dessert there. I would saying pricing is a bit steep for 2 regular ice creams were $4.00 each. I understand the economics of the way the things are- I just wish it was more affordable.

One of the worst service I received in my life. These kids were so rude and the supervisor on duty was the worst one. Talking so rude right in front of me and my family. Everyone was mad we had coupons.

Terrible that they don't participate in deals on their app. We had to go to another location and was given a .50 cent off token only good at this location for the inconvenience. What a joke. So now I will patronize the Berkeley location. This location should change it's name it's not worthy of the DQ name.

Can't mess up ice cream. But the day 1 workers really hold it down. Once every blue moon, I'll get a bad order, but asking them to fix it is what makes awesome they're just like " Sorry here's a better one" the crew is amazing. The only thing I would say is when its busy it's B U S Y !!!

During my last visit, I ordered a peanut buster parfait. I asked for chopped nuts versus the whole peanut and I asked that they put the peanuts on the side. The staff insisted that they "don't do sides". I'm not sure how this would be considered a side, I was simply asking that they not put it on the parfait. They were borderline rude and mockful. I asked for the number so I could call later to speak with a member from management, and the lady who said she was a manager told me to get the number off the website.
