Was walking towards the parking lot and en employee comes around carrying a big sign, not watching where they’re going and just nails me with the damn sign in my arm and shoulder. Barely even stopped to apologize. Should probably slow down and actually look where you’re walking because that hurt

They refused to take my order in person and told me I had to use the DoorDash app instead …even though I was standing right there. The app prices were several dollars higher per item, meaning I’d have to pay extra just to order. I ended up driving 15 minutes to another place instead.

ICE CREAM ONLY. A severe disappointment given I was expecting a place where I could get a burger and fries to go with my milkshake. Also, outdoor seating only, the building doesn't have indoor seating, and I have gotten my order wrong before-- check before you leave. On the flip side, the ice cream here is delicious and the customer service is great!

On Google says this DQ is open till 11 pm I came to the window and it was closed, I was told they have new hrs closing at 10 pm, they told me I could order online till 11pm what an inconvenience when they look like they are open as you drive past. Also had to come back and edit my review the ice cream was all melted and not even the right order what a waste of time for some kids that want to leave work early, if you don't like your jobs quit.

Great flavors -customer service was amazing. Clean area and seating if you want to enjoy your dessert there. I would saying pricing is a bit steep for 2 regular ice creams were $4.00 each. I understand the economics of the way the things are- I just wish it was more affordable.

One of the worst service I received in my life. These kids were so rude and the supervisor on duty was the worst one. Talking so rude right in front of me and my family. Everyone was mad we had coupons.
