I ordered a chocolate malt with extra malt. By extra, I mean when they put in one scoop, I need two scoops. A 2:1 ratio on the extra anything.Well, when I asked for extra malt, the cashier was willing to add some for me, then a manager-looking female interrupted us and said the cashier couldn't use my cup.That was okay, she could just bring me a scoop in a small cup, but this manager was so rude and making a big deal, that I took my malt as is. It didn't taste extra after I paid for extra.So I won't be going back to this DQ since it's a big deal to get what you want and pay for.??♀️

This store is definitely closed, not sure if it's seasonal but the parkinglot is not even plowed. Ended up going to another spot called, dream treat and all I can say is the "concept" stores are ruining good ice cream I just wanted a good ol blizzard or mixer..
My door Dasher has informed this customer your customer services is horrible towards the Dasher. The Dasher waiting in line when it is not necessary.The Dasher are not aware at this location the pick-up window for them because,there is no sign or they are not recognized and because of this my ice cream was melted and I had to put it in my freezer.

Drove ten miles to visit this location a few minutes ago..Location is closed due to a power outage. Can' closures be shared with Google immediately. I was really disappointed ?
