Not feleling it at all. Paid 80 dollars for a meal that feeds 6-8, and what a freaking joke. More like meal for 3-4..... maybe!!! Tried to call them but I couldn't get thru.. so Yelp fam, I wanted to like them but I was sorely disappointed with the results. The meat tasted good but the sides were small for 6-8 ppl. Maybe a individual meal is the best option but stay away from the catering. Hey I'm open to giving a second chance if they contact me but beyond that I will seek other options...... #mildly offended

Just because we can go inside does not mean we want too. My curbside order was refused and was told to go inside. I have no problem in Plymouth but will not do Ferndale. Very rude. No discussion, door shut in my face

I adore this place! They have awesome food, their menu is large, The chef in that spot is a specialist, I like very much trying all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the clients is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I highly recommend it.

They didnt fullfill my order and kept my money. The management Robert does not deserve the title, terrible customer service. He first apologized said he could refund me half of my money. When I said I wanted my full amount he said ok. Then he called back and tried to put the blame on the Delivery driver which was not the case since I spoke with her, she cried and told me they only gave her one bag. I watched her pull out one bag for her warmer bag. Dickeys BBQ stole my Money and didnt refund me for what they missed.

We ordered through a 3rd party delivery company, and were missing an item when our order arrived. Upon calling Dickey's, the manager first apologized and asked if we wanted a refund of 50% of the item. No thank you, just a full refund of the $5.95 item we didn't receive. He agreed and hung up. Very disappointed. They forgot my onions and pickles and bbq sauce and cheddar cheese and jalapeno pepper on my sandwich and I even called and complained to the manager and they didn't even apologize or anything just said ok.

During the pandemic I have order out. Until a now, I decide I want to try Dickys BBQ. I was horrible. My husband and I is a extremely disappointed and wished I would have just cooked.

If I could do zero stars I would. Portions are abysmal and the quality of the food is lacking. I'd recommend any other BBQ place in Metro Detroit before going here.

The food was great, but the way the employees treated my mom was less than desirable. She ordered a curbside pickup order, she waited 10mins in her car before finally going into the store, was ignored but finally noticed and then it took another 5mins for our order to come through on the computer. And then when my mom told them she was going back in her car to wait for the order, they gave her attitude. I get these are trying times, and demands are high. But I found this very disappointing and that is why I am giving this place a low rating. Again the food was great. The service can and SHOULD be better.

placed an order on uber eats at about 7pm tonight. it already had a driver assigned to the order and was 10 minutes from the estimated delivery time and you guys cancelled the order. not cool.

The food was great. Very flavorful! However I'm giving this place 3 stars because: 1. We arrived when our food was supposed to be ready and still had to wait 10-15 minutes to receive our order. 2. We had items we paid for that were missing and didn't realize it until we got home So over all, I did love the food. I just think we may have to wait until this pandemic is over to see if the service improves.
