It's a nice restaurant. The staff were polite. It has its own parking lot. I was disappointed however, at the number of available donut options. I purchased a dozen. I would have purchased more if more varieties were available. They didn't even have regular glazed donuts. You never run out of those! Dunkin, you've got two popular donuts restaurants within two miles of you, north and south. Don't lose customers over something you can control. đ

Google right now, 10/3/2025 says temporarily closed, but we were here just 5 days ago. The place is pretty rough, and needs to close and renovate. We just got drinks. Service was OK, and pretty quick. One drink did have something in it, plastic maybe? We like Dunkinâ, but this place needs a serious refresh!

I go to this location often. This morning I placed a mobile order to puck up at 7:20. I arrived at 7:18. My food was cold and the Macchiatto I ordered was mixed together. Also, the wrong cheese was put on my BEC croissant.
I set a time expecting my food to be fresh. I tried multiple times to call but no one answered. I had to get to work so I could not go back for a correction.
Please don't make mobile orders so long before their pick up time!! This is the 2nd time this has happened. .

What a disappointment!! Run from this place. We had company from Europe who love Dunkin Donuts. We stopped and bought two dozen. Donuts were old, stale and smelled on old unchanged grease. When I returned them, they refused to refund our money. Just horrible service and quality.

Nonchalantly makes drink how they want to make it not how you asked.. coffee seems flat, old or outdated customer service almost non existent no accountability if you object to the quality of food or service and you canât call either one of the corporate numbers or get thru to report.. do not recommend

The new plastic bag with the flimsy thin cardboard holder for hot drinks is NOT SAFE! Itâs unsteady, cheap & the plastic bag carrying it wonât keep the drinks-any drinks-from collapsing! My hot coffee was leaking. Bring back the double thick gray cardboard trays that securely held hot & cold drinks. Iâll have to buy my drinks elsewhere now.
Very prompt and quick service. I stop in on occasion to grab some donuts for staff members and the service is great. They are very prompt and attentive so that people can get to work on time. Thank you for the great service.

I went to the Dunkinâ Donuts on 22451 Woodward ave, Ferndale, MI. I wanted a hot coffee with a shot of espresso. The time was 10:30 pm. The worker told me that the coffee they had was cold and that âthey were done.â I asked is there anyway you can brew a fresh batch and they said âthey were done.â This location doesnât close until 12. I donât see why they couldnât make another pot. Iâm very unsatisfied with my experience and will reconsider my choice of coffee shops in the future.

Super unsanitary for serving food. There was no soap in either bathroom and the hand dispenser was out up front so idk how they arenât spreading germs to our food. I asked for a refund because I didnât feel it was sanitary and they wouldnât give one.
