Okay, here we go. I've been a loyal customer of this location. "Honey Haked Ham" for over 15 years when (Ms.DELILAH🥰 managed this location.)
And while I enjoyed
Various items on the menu. I must say that my favorite was always the HAM AND CHEESE. SANDWICH
With lettuce cheese, tomato onion, Mayo and most of all the POTATO SALAD WITH the MUSTARD. And I do believe it had some other chopped ingredients in it as well.
Anyway, it was the BEST, yesterday I went in to get my favorite order. They no longer have that POTATO SALAD. It's just Mayo and potato BUMMER, 👎so I order the ham sandwich with extra lettuce and cheese.on
Multi grain bread. The price of the sandwich was a little over $11. Anyway, getting to the POINT this sandwich was very SKIMPY. There was only 2 PIECES of HAM, VERY THIN, and on one side of my sandwich, there was hardly any LETTUCE CHEESE or HAM" IT WAS LIKE JUST MOSTLY BREAD. WHAT HAPPENED? This is NOT GOOD. The sandwich was SKIMPIE AND POORLY MADE..🤔 PLEASE BRING BACK THE COUNTRY STYLE POTATO SALAD WITH MUSTARD. AND PLEASE TRY TO BUILD A BETTER/ HARDIER SANDWICH. Although on the plus side, the store is still a beautiful, well kept establishment and the 2 ladies, I believe they were sisters. That owns the store now or manage it. We're very nice professional and courteous. They
Just need to evaluate how the portions
Are distributed or with my sandwich? It Was very disappointing? Concern Customer.😒

I purchased a ham from the Woodward location Dec. 23 when I opened it to serve my family dinner Christmas day I noticed it look dry and unglazed.... Totally confused I begin to think of how they could've forgot to glaze a ham with the honey baked goodness that I love so much...when I thought to myself turn it over and check the bottom side ... Yes they packed the ham upside down and all the sweet goodness is stuck to the paper that's used to absorb excess moisture off the bottom had ruined my glaze and sweetness.... $88 Dollars down the drain because of the COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE OF THE WORK STAFF... This is unacceptable. They need new management IMMEDIATELY. I should've known something was wrong when she didn't show me the ham before making my purchase but I'm thinking that maybe policies have changed due to current life condition's (covid) (cold + flu season). I'm highly upset about this situation, I want what I paid for.

Waited in line to pickup my honeybaked ham. Waited in line for 2 1/2 hours got to the register and my ham still wasn’t ready. I pre- ordered and was LIVID!!!! Poor management!!!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!

Dear Honey Baked Ham, I am a Detroit native and this is the first time I’ve been to Detroit in over 20 years for Thanksgiving. I ordered early and prepaid for my purchase and find it ridiculous that logistically there is not a separate line for pick up. My pick up time was 7:00p. I arrived at 6:45p. This will be my first and last time

Love this store. The staff is always friendly. HoneyBaked Ham is the best ham. I ordered a Tavern Club sandwich and it was delicious. The store is clean. Parking can be a challenge if it's really busy.

I very upset with Honey Baked Ham. I was at the Ferndale location Friday June 7th 2024. I purchase Ham by the pound and smoked turkey. I open them up to feed the family and the ham was burned in the middle and the slices were dry. The Honey Baked Ham will never this messed up. There were only end piece in my pkgs. The Quality of your produce is terrible now. But the pricing is so expensive. Please Stop putting burn dry and hard pieces of your produce in those pkgs. It's a shame when there is No One to check the checker. Thank You

Good lunch box

I went to the Ferndale location today and I was very impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of Cheryl and Briana. Cheryl was the first person I encountered, I needed a to go menu, and she got it for me right away & answered all my questions. I was waiting on my friend to decide on her order, so I watched Cheryl provide awesome customer service to a few other customers.When my friend was ready to order, Briana was very attentive and made the sandwiches according to our special requests. The food was very tasty and due to the service given by Cheryl & Briana, I will be back!!! They are definitely an asset to the Honey Baked Ham Company!

There used to be a really nice manager there. She was a seasoned lady. She was very particular about getting your order right. The last few times I've been there, it has definitely changed, and it's a little disheartening.
