I ordered two shrimp egg food young patty's. As I was eating I really didn't taste any shrimps. I cut one open I've already eaten one only had 3 shrimps small . Very Disappointed. I patronize different ones where I can taste the shrimps. This place here couldn't again cut open 3 shrimps. I'm done with HONG KONG 1

The food here used to be amazing!!!!!! I dont know why the quality has declined so much. It used to be a sheer delight to go here and now after being a customer of over 20 years im afraid to spend my money here. Sue please bring back made your food so amazing in the Past. The chicken is so hard it cant be eaten. The rice is often precooked and when its put in the wok its burned. It just doent make sense for it to cost like this and then be of extremly poor quality.

Lately I’ve been very disappointed in Hong Kong I just ordered some food and they literally gave me burnt rice. I’m annoyed because I’m hungry and this is unacceptable as you can clearly see the rice has burnt pieces in it and it taste and smell the same.

They were very friendly and quick. Buuuuut the food was terrible.. Beef super chewy and an odd texture and came out HOTTER THAN THE SUN. I love egg rolls so I got like 3 extra, but not these egg rolls. They should definitely put somewhere that their egg rolls have just bean spouts and there was randomly shrimp in the egg roll too, not a huge fan of bean sprouts, but especially disappointed because it was JUST bean sprouts, and I despise seafood so those were ruined. On top of this I got over charged by like $3, they reprinted the receipt and it said the original price but I don't know not too huge a deal. I don't even care to ask for a refund, all of it's in the garbage can now and I'm going to order something else.
Dietary restrictions: I imagine those with shellfish or other allergies are already careful but BE ADVISED their EGG ROLLS have SHRIMP in them. Or at least mine did for whatever reason.

I placed an order online through doordash and made a mistake on my order. Without question, Hong Kong 1 sent one of their own workers to my house to substitute my order. They went above and beyond to provide a great experience for their customers.
Food was hot and chicken was crispy but no flavor at all! Plus the chicken they serve is majority batter and little chicken. Wanted to give it a try but no thank you

I've been coming here for years, and I feel it's the best Chinese carry-out in the area. The food is prepared quickly (carry out orders always seem to be ready within 10 mins), consistently good quality, and it's reasonably priced.
Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section on the menu as well as a variety of seafood dishes.
Parking: The restaurant has ample parking and handicapped spaces near the entrance.
Wheelchair accessibility: The carryout counter is unobstructed, and the handicap parking and ramps are near the entrance.

This is cheap Chinese food, it’s pretty good though. Lunch combos for less than $9 can’t be beat. If you’re expecting the best Chinese food on the planet, you’re going to be disappointed. You’ll get way more than what you pay for and fast, friendly service.
Parking: The spaces are a bit tight if you drive a truck. Plenty of parking though.
