Excellent food with wonderful atmosphere. Best service, as a former server of 5 years that's saying alot. THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Went to New Orleans to visit family all my life, a little slice of New Orleans in Michigan.
šs across the board! I was originally looking for a happy hour but when I called, the customer service was so good Iām like let me go in here anyways. It was so worth it. Customer service š the shrimp š¤ š the whitefish dip (the waitress let me taste hers) š i got the berry blossom drop which is like a lemon drop.. Iām coming back for the shrimp and whitefish dip alone. I have no complaints.
The oysters weren't oystering. I went there to get an oyster po' boy; but I stopped myself when I ate the fried oysters for an appetizer. I was so disappointed. First of all, oysters are already done. You could eat them raw. When deep frying, the oil has to be so hot, 'cause all you're doing is cooking the batter. Now, when you overcook the batter, trying to achieve that seafood crunch, you're overlooking the oyster. I think that's what the chef(s)...
