The pizza keeps getting worse every time I go. This is it for me. The pizza is terrible made with too much tomato sauce and is very flimsy. Also now that the only do Detroit style with all this damn tomato sauce on top 🤢.

WHOEVER MADE MY BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA W/NO MEAT, ADD GREEN PEPPERS ORDER #28 THROUGH DOORDASH NEED TO BE PUT ON CLEANING DUTY OR SOMETHING ELSE! HOW YOU MAKE A BBQ PIZZA WITH A TEASPOON OF BBQ SAUCE ACROSS THE ENTIRE PIZZA? Terrible. Been here several times and bit my tounge hoping next time would be better. Finally had enough of the bad service. Walked in and told the guy at the counter my name. He said it would be right up. Waited in the waiting area and watched my pizza get finished. Waited for 20 minutes while employees talked to friends and ignored us after telling us our order will be right up. They were not busy, the only other person was one employees friend. We only got noticed because another customer walked in and a woman said have you been helped? Seriously? You didn't see us standing there even though you looked right at us several times? Look at the picture, does that even look appetizing? Will not be back and will tell others to do the same. Waste of time and money.

I've ordered from here many times and all was fine until Wednesday. They put rotten cucumbers in my salad. Not borderline questionable, but obviously rotting to mush. I registered a complaint on the app & requested a callback, not an email. Corporate apologized in an email the same day & said they sent the complaint to the "appropriate department for review and follow-up. " Nothing has happened. I'm done with this place. They can't even tell food is spoiled and should not be served.

I have used this place for over 20 years. Food is good and for the normal inflation in line with inflation. Only complaint is the cost of delivery and the fact they sometimes use door dash has been a real problem. So I recommend pick up.
Two weeks ago, I was greeted with ignorance and I felt disrespected. Hire better managers because that one guy in the morning going into the afternoon. Lacks good customer service and is very rude. Leave your menu will you!

I asked for extra sauce on my 20p boneless wings. Instead they hardly put sauce on it at all. Then I got an Asiago cheese bread and there's no cheese on it. I order from different locations and by far this location can not read... what a waste of 30.00... never again will I waste my money at this location again.

I had picked up a pizza at the nine mile location before Memorial Day, spoke to a worker. That said next time I wanted to order it would not be a problem the would re make and deliver I had purchased a large pizza with mushrooms pineapple and Italian sausage I received a pizza that was doughy in the middle not edible they now tell me they can't find me just horrible the voice of person who I talked to was muffed not happy at all wasted money on a problem that I paid y twice thank for everything ?
