My mom ordered three sandwiches and had it delivered to our house via GrubHub, but JMS did not add her 3rd sandwich even though she already ordered it! Me and my brother got ours, but my mom didn't! The food's on-point, but you need to do better when it comes to fulfilling orders and NOT miss one. Unless you do better, this will be the last time ordering from this location!

Today, around 5:20–5:30 PM, I went to pick up a DoorDash order from Jersey Mike’s. There were three employees behind the counter: two Black men and a woman who appeared to be either white or Hispanic.
Out of nowhere, the woman began making rude, aggressive comments under her breath directed at me. We had never spoken, never made eye contact, and there was absolutely no reason for her behavior. Her coworkers clearly heard what she was saying, and it was completely unprovoked.
All I was there to do was pick up a DoorDash order — which, by the way, was ready quickly and efficiently, and I had planned to compliment the team on that. Unfortunately, the entire experience was soured by this one employee’s hostile and unnecessary attitude.

This location tends not to put the same amount of meats as other locations. One visit it’s good full Italian sub, then next visit one week later they used have the portion. Stopped going there due to this problem. It’s worth going to another location. When are restaurants gonna realize that consistency is one of the key factors for a successful restaurant. SMH

Apparently they don’t know how to read at this location, terrible and I always leave a tip. Not anymore!!! Everyone wants a tip but can’t do a simple job. Won’t be coming to this location anymore, this has happen multiple times. I will be going to the 14 mile one and giving them the tip because they actually get my order right and that place is cleaner.

I ordered in store they gave me the wrong order tried calling back and keep getting the run around. I paid 20$ for something don’t eat can't get any one on the phone. I'm hold right now as I'm writing this 5 minute I'm at work with no food, bad service mad mad

The lady in the front needs customer service training, all of my employees complain about her and I must say that they have legitimate concerns, We will use another location or speak to her manager before purchasing here again. If it wasn't for the guys making the sandwiches today I would have demanded a refund ! They do an outstanding job she bragged on 8 years of working there, me and absolutely none of my staff likes her unprofessional behavior. People training required ! 12 complaints in 2 weeks ! She told me it couldn't be done so I did it myself, can someone tell me why I did it and she said you have to just take it!
