I went here for a deep dish pie on December 11, 2025, and received excellent customer service from Quan!! He was very friendly and accommodating.

Not all Jet’s Pizza locations in Michigan are the same and this one in Ferndale is one of the best around and worth the drive!!

Jet’s online ordering is one-off, but we got it done. Food was hot, but not ready when I showed up! Pickup person was made to wait “5 minutes” but when pizza was ready no one moved to make sure the wait was minimal. Still sat and waited until I inquired aloud. Did not order pineapples on my pizza but got pineapples sooooo…there’s that!

I have going here for several years.
They always deliver on the quality of the food.
I have had the pizza the salads and the never disappoint.
Customer service is good.
The cashier have always been polite and courteous when I go
