This lady here was very rude and for no reason, all I did was walk up to the counter ,for her to put her hand in my face say hold on this isn’t how customer service works and she needs to be replaced and after that she continues to be rude not just to me but other customers as well do better or shut

I placed an order online for a special deal, 3pc, two sides, and a drink for $9. It was ready in 10 minutes. When I got there, the team was busy so I had to wait a minute, once the representative got my order I got home only to realize my meal was incomplete, and once I started to eat the chicken it was slightly undercooked. The thighs were gummy with too much fat and the appearance was nasty-looking, unclean, and slimy. Now, I realize that I have a thing about meat not being washed properly and blood not being cleaned out of the area but this didn't look to have been cleaned at all. I spoke with a representative who took my complaint and said she would pass it on to the manager Quan. I rarely have an issue with this location but there is always a first time. I'm not sure if I want to try this location again or if I have ever tried the thighs meat! I picked around to eat the meat that was cooked. Attached is a picture of one of the thigh meat I picked around.
Very slow. 31 minutes for 3 item order. Had people come in and order 15 after me and got their order first.

Drive thru got angry at me while ordering. I asked for a classic and a spicy slaw wrap. They repeated back I said yes they repeated again and I thought they were asking if I wanted classic or spicy chicken. They got real mad at me over nothing so I said I’m good and left.

First, the food was leftoverand the workers looked like they roll out of bed and came to work. They open @ 11:00 I 'm thinking they just open fresh food. French fries cold chicken old. Money to hard to come by for this type of service and food. The new generation with no talent and no education will lose their job with robotics and we all will be better off. They don't give a shit about their jobs and I no longer want to spend my money on fast food.

They ALWAYS have my order exactly the way I want it! These workers take pride in what they prepare and serve. I've never had chicken or any of the sides for that matter out of order. They clean the grease regularly which makes a very big difference in the taste of the food and other KFC'S are truly lacking in that aspect. The staff is courteous and very pleasant. You've really earned these five stars!

Had the most awful experience at this kfc. The person on the drive through speaker was the rudest person I think I have ever come in contact with. Didn’t get the food or anything… because they were more focused on getting right out at 10:00. Instead of just cancelling the order of which they have the power to do. I am literally still shook at the tone of the woman at the drive through speaker. Like why do you work there if you can’t even muster the bare minimum of politeness
