I’ve been coming to this location for a while now, always great service. Experienced or young workers alike, There’s always a great atmosphere and friendly energy with customers. Sometimes wait might be up to 30-40 minutes like my experience but understandable on a Friday when it’s packed. Their Manager Dewon handles his store well.

The staff didn’t know how to use my little caesars gift card. Also, was not wearing gloves while preparing food. He came to the register with parmesan all on his hands, touched the computer and then proceeded back to making pizzas.

Well this is my second time getting screwed over at this place and the first time after 45 minutes they didn't even have my order here I'm sitting in the parking lot now almost an hour after making an online order

I've only been in there three times and each time the staff seemed rude for no apparent reason. It wasn't even busy/hectic and they are just rude..maybe find another job if you're that miserable.

Honestly, I’ve had enough of these kid-ran franchises. And this was the last location I had hope for because I hate the ones in the city… but today might’ve been my last time ordering here. I am so tired of seeing food preparers go back and forth between the food stations, and the register. I was so disgusted when I saw the cashier making food, leave to come take my cash, and then head back to take my pizza out of the oven. He didn’t wash his hands after leaving the food stations or before returning. Furious, because my kids love this pizza but I truly think my business with LC has come to an end. Unless I can find a more sanitary, adult ran location.. #bringbackhairnetsandgloves

This location absolutely sucks. I placed my online order at 5:00p still not ready at 5:45pm. What happened to hot n ready? All this wait for 2 hot n ready pizzas and a crazy bread. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. This is not the first time it's happened either. The last time the staff told me they take in person orders first then online orders.

This is the worst. Don’t order delivery if you want before an hour. Supposedly they get the order and are preparing it, only to have the delivery driver cancel when they arrive an hour later and it’s not prepared.
Expect significant delays with delivery.
