I waited 20 minutes for half my order. They directed me over to the pick-up parking spots because they were waiting on Fries and Coffee. Thats where they forgot about me and helped 12 cars behind me. I actually had to go in to get the rest of my order.
They usually forget condiments and Happy Meal toys which makes my child very upset.
How bad is the training there when the employees don't know what goes into a Happy Meal.
Absolute WORST location I have ever dealt with! I have never, once, had a good experience here! They're constantly "out" of everything. Or can't serve items due to 'broken' equipment, I have NEVER once been able to order a shake, sundae or flurry (I'm always told it's broken. Has it been broken for 4 consecutive years?) All around decent McDonalds, although it’s pointless to ask for Honey as they never listen and give you Honey Mustard instead.
