I just want to shoutout Jolay (sorry for spelling), the manager at this location. I called about a burger I received late the other night that was still raw (no blame, I get it) and asked for a remake the next day. She was super delightful when I called on the phone, and when I came in, she was quick to address it, remade the meal, and even stuck a little apple pie in there for the inconvenience. The biggest thing for me was how she greeted me with a smile. This is the exact type of person who you want to represent your company. Keep them and treat them well when you have them, McDonald’s.

So we came here cause the other mcdonalds have really been messing up. The boyfriend order 2 drinks while I went to the restroom. I came out and he was still standing there waiting. So I asked, you just ordered 2 drinks, right, he like yeah but I didn't get the cups. So then some brat came from the back, mugging everyone, I dont respond to people children. So anyways, after about 12 minutes a lady asked him what he was waiting on, rudely. He was like the 2 drinks you cleared off your board. Never again, I keep telling him just stop messing with yall, he got it now. Mcdonalds is not a happy place anymore. I won't even take the gbaby to yall, never have, never will!!!!

Every time I order a burger with no mustard and no pickles they skip out on the onions. I never said “no onions.” Told the guy at the speaker to make sure the onions are there because they miss it every time. I get my food and of course, the onions missing.

malcolm was an excellent person to be on the curbside delivery today. he was very professional and handled everything with excellent customer service, even when the order was incorrect he went above and beyond to make the corrections that were needed. to the manager Zee, this man deserves a raise. you have an continuous support with business.
