I'm so torn on my reviews for this place because for so long I would have hands down gave a 5 star review but as of lately and I'm talking months lately the service has been kind of push offish and the bagels have been really hard. Please be more kind to your customers we love you. Do better! For us! 🫶🏼 I purchased a bag of bagels before closing and threw them out the next morning because they were so hard even reheating them didn't break them bad boys open. 😮💨 Y'all stressed me out this week. 🤣 I'm not mad...we have our days.
Parking: Small parking lot next to building off of Woodward but typically always has space for parking. They have front parking available as well I believe.
Kid-friendliness: Nothing for children to do inside or outside.
Beware, I found bones in my lox sandwich ,rude staff and manager

First time client. I came in for a dozen bagels and was rudely served. The woman at the counter told me I could get 13 bagels for the price of twelve, idk if this is a regular thing but of course I said ok. I proceed to give her the flavors I wanted in an organized manner and she kept rolling her eyes at me like she was annoyed by me for some reason. Then she abruptly stopped when I wasn't finished, I had the types of flavor listed and ready to not be a burden and avoid being that customer that doesn't know what she wants, so when she stopped and proceed with the check I knew I wasn't done and asked her "oh Is that twelve? Am I done? She said yeah. She then continues with her attitude. I wasn't by myself. I was about to grab the bag and she snatched it from me and gave it to my companion, a male, and said "you should carry it" I don't know if she was trying to finally be courteous but she failed at it. Me and my companion walked out of the establishment and talked about how obvious her behaviour was towards me. I don't know if it was my fair skin color but she being a woman of color herself shouldn't have behaved like that. Anyway, bagels are great but that experience personally, make me not go there again. Oh btw I counted and there were some missing.

Bagels and staff are great, but it’s criminal how bad their breakfast bagel sandwiches are. Tastes like they use microwaved bacon on their bacon egg and cheese.

Got a garlic bagel, wasn't garlicky enough. When I think garlic Bagel, i want roasted garlic chunks/minced garlic throughout it. Veggies cream cheese was good. Coffee was good. Service was quick, kind, and diligent. Would go again to try a different variety.

Little known fact, this shop has ants crawling around all of their bagel areas. This store does not properly keep their cooking spaces clean. Management is awful to their employees and I have seen managers yelling at their employees at multiple occasions. Their prices are not at all realistic for what they are actually giving you which is just low quality.
Go at your own risk. Wouldn’t be surprised if health department shuts them down soon.
staff looks miserable. concerned about workplace environment. too small for the amount of traffic they have. managers are very rude to employees. would not recommend. steer clear.

These folks here wear gloves for their own safety. They wear gloves when they touch the food, casher, handle money and everything else. Someone really needs to teach these folks the reason for wearing gloves.
