Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

Placed a online order at 5pm, the estimated delivery was 6:30
I called at 7:30 wondering where my order was. They subcontract Uber to deliver pizza and the uber driver apparently stole my order. I usually order direct from papa Ramanos to prevent things like this from happing & having cold food show up. my pizza finally delivered after 8:30pm They said they would send a free 2 liter with it, but they never did & half the pizza was mostly crust.

Y’all serious MI? This what y’all do? Nope won’t be back, can’t toss my chicken? Pizza dry and dessert was not done, you can see what the chicken look like. That’s what I get for not looking at my food before I left, it won’t happen again🤦🏽‍♀️

They had the pita listed at 6.99 and will try and sell it for a dollar more. The manager was also rude.

Anytime I’m craving cheesy bread I know you guys got the best. It seems like y’all changed the recipe because I cut the roof of my mouth with these thin, dry, nasty Cheese bread it was so thin OMG I want my 9 Bucks back.

They are not very good a listening make sure your order is clear and that you have them repeat themselves before they print your recipe. They don’t do very well with accommodating their customers. I hope the food is good at least. Not very satisfied at the moment.

Under new management, and I do not understand how you cannot run a establishment, that was pretty much already set up for you to succeed. Now I'm not trying to put race in the factor but when I try to support this black own business, horrible customer service, poor food quality overpriced and dirty establishment. And when I tell you those flies was all over in their, I mean, I was literally fighting them off. I've been coming to this location over 20 years and I never had a bad experience until today. But I wish them all the well and this does not, and is not an example of all my black own business establishments.

Tried the new hot honey feta peppperoni large for 19.99. Could taste no feta at all or hot honey. Also, asked for flavored crust -nope. Checked before we left and they slopped on garlic butter on a cold pizza that was supposed be done in 20 minutes but got there in 15 and it was already cold.,never again I’d go to hungry howled for Cajun butter crust just for that. Waste of money

This a awesome family owned franchise that has been serving amazing pizza subs pasta and salads since 2004 I’ve been eating here since 2019 never had anything to complain about other than how great the ranch is special shoutout to the manager Marcilo who is always working and make sure the store is ran to a Tea

Placed an order paid and left tip- estimated wait 50 minutes, received email for confirmation of order.

1 hour later no food no calls no update nothing. Called store no answer!

Good Spot & Food

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Food is always hot when I pick it up. Kids working there have been good to my son over the years. I come here regularly and they've always taken care of us, and the pizza is tasty.
