My son was trying order a piazza for my brithday tonight but it was an epic fail not on my son part but on papa Romanos part ,worst piazza ive ever had the piazza was shook up slide around all the topping were half off and it teasted nasty the said becuase he order it with extra suace was the reason why all the topping came off smh ill never order from them again costing him $40 i did better eat a hot dog . Bad all the way around service . The ferndal location not good service at all . Very disapointing . And didnt care that there serivce sucks . If i didnt have to give a star i wouldnt .

Just finished ordering from the new website on my fourth occasion. I have been ordering pizza here for years without issue. All four of my last four orders on the new website have had problems. Most recently I paid $10 extra to have my pizza delivered by a driver. But when I received my confirmation it was a pick up order. I was told by the manager on duty that they could not give me the $10 back. But they also couldn’t drive my Pizza seven buildings straight up the road to deliver it without me paying an extra five dollars. so I went to pick up my pizza and fully expected to receive my $10 to which I was told no.. That I would have to call corporate if I expected my money back. The new website is awful and creates a lot of problems. But to be told that you can take my money but not return it for a service you did not render… that’s stealing. I hope you enjoyed the money because you won’t be getting my business again.The delivery driver is actually an awesome guy. Which is why they received stars at all for service.Came back to edit to say that not only is my pizza undercooked now that I’ve opened it. But it also has ham on it. I didn’t order ham. This was just awful. Very disappointing.

Is it the best pizza I've ever had- no, but it is consistently good and amazingly fast. Every time I've brought one home there are no leftovers to put away- my family loves their deep dish and it shows.

I'm not going to bash them but I want to recognize the 3 young men that held it together Xmas night when most of everyone was closed an for them to be open, for putting out all the door dash as well as walk in orders an was able to get them out...u just had to pack a little patience an I say that cause most customers was being fussie but u got ur order...good job guys?????

Sketchy business practice. Ordered food for my employees. Got a call demanding that I send my drivers license and card. Like its a pizza place. Be for real. It is also not mentioned once on the papa ramonos website that this is a process you need to do. Won't be going back. Food was great but I'm very concerned over business practices.

Didn't receive what I ordered. Manager SAYS his name was (Yousif). He wouldn't refund me my money or make the correct pizza ordered. Offered $5 credit. Never even apologized. Pizza received also seemed old and was chewy. Please avoid this location. They should be closed with this poor service. Finding employees must be hard! It's no way the owner leaves his business in the hands of the manager working this night.

Ordered a large square pizza. Received a large round. The pizza was so tough you could barely bite it. The Manager, Yusuf said I can bring the pizza back to receive a new one or get a $5 credit. I asked if I could get the pizza another time he said no. I asked If I could come get the pizza tomorrow he said I would have to bring back the original pizza I received to get a new one. I said it’s not a full pizza anymore my family tried to eat it. I can bring what’s left. He said he wouldn’t be able to remake me a pizza if it’s pieces missing. The service is terrible. The quality of the food is terrible. I will return the pizza in a garbage bag where it belongs. I will not be returning to this location to purchase food ever again. Wish I could give 0 stars!

I placed an online order totaling with tip around $100. I placed it about 4 hours ahead of time to give them plenty of time to make 4 large pizzas. About an hour after placing the order I received multiple calls from an unknown number but was unable to answer because of work. I then began receiving text messages from the number, who turned out to be the managers personal number, not the store, telling me I needed to immediately send him a picture of my credit card and drivers license. When I refused to do so over text I was told if I didn’t comply the Ferndale police would be called to report me for using a stolen card. After going to the store to speak with a manager I was told that there was nothing wrong with how the situation was handled and that he was justified in his actions (possible identity theft and threats) because of previous instances of credit card fraud and because I did not answer my phone the first time he called me (without leaving a voicemail or calling from the actual store).

Talked to Nadine the “manager “, about forgetting my very expensive salad and she said the best she could do was a $5 dollar credit. That was my dinner so i wasn’t happy. The pizza there is no longer good like it used to be. Barely any cheese. I would not recommend.
