Food is always good but customer service is horrible. Literally have me on hold for 30 minutes until I got tired and got transferred to the call service and I couldn’t order my salad through the call Service lady was very rude to me on the phone. I don’t care how busy you are. It doesn’t take 30 minutes to pick up the phone and talk to somebody.

All Day I got the Run around when I went into PIZZA HUT. I was trying to Redeem my FREE Pan Pizza when you spent $8 I received from My Verizon. Went into the Ferndale store they said Order Online, Went out to Order online lady said I could not must go into STORE. Finally I changed to Delivery from Madison Heights and DID NOT GET MY FREE PIZZA

Thee worst experience I've ever had at a pizza hut! Was given the wrong order completely! Everytime I go in there, the old lady at the counter never smiles or seems like she had a good day! Now she's gotta make everyone else feel as miserable as she looks! I will never go back to this location!

I don't know if every pizza Hut location is like this but me and my family have all experienced the same ordering here. Ive only ordered online but they are insanely skimpy on toppings, sauce, cheese, and size. Just not worth it. I tried ordering without a deal and with to see if they were just skimpy and bad if you were trying to save money but for all orders it was the same failure. They have potential with the flavors though, but how it's put together matters.

Very dry answering the phone when I called to ask if anyone else was having technical issues on their app for $2 Tuesday pan pizza. Although I was told they were sold out and it was 7 pm it was the silence on the phone when they answered and the dry unwanted and bothered tone of voice while speaking . Won’t be seeing me here again. But surely the staff could care less. Less work for them means less money for the company! Who cares🫢🤷♀️

Pizza was not good it wasn't made how I ordered it it was totally wrong. Wasted my money and time. Pizza hut has no integrity since 2019 shambles, the franchise is down in the gutter. Employees eating while working and just being unsanitary. Disgusting ruining their brand.
