I don't know if every pizza Hut location is like this but me and my family have all experienced the same ordering here. Ive only ordered online but they are insanely skimpy on toppings, sauce, cheese, and size. Just not worth it. I tried ordering without a deal and with to see if they were just skimpy and bad if you were trying to save money but for all orders it was the same failure. They have potential with the flavors though, but how it's put together matters.

Haven't had Pizza Hut in years! The pizza has definitely changed. The boneless wings were amazing but wasn't a fan of the pizza.
Very dry answering the phone when I called to ask if anyone else was having technical issues on their app for $2 Tuesday pan pizza. Although I was told they were sold out and it was 7 pm it was the silence on the phone when they answered and the dry unwanted and bothered tone of voice while speaking . Won’t be seeing me here again. But surely the staff could care less. Less work for them means less money for the company! Who cares🫢🤷♀️

Pizza was not good it wasn't made how I ordered it it was totally wrong. Wasted my money and time. Pizza hut has no integrity since 2019 shambles, the franchise is down in the gutter. Employees eating while working and just being unsanitary. Disgusting ruining their brand.

Friendly staff and the food is prepared in a timely manner and tastes great. Six Stars!!. I always order take out and I've never been dissatisfied.

Mediocre at best. NOT what it used to be for sure. I was reminiscing and decided to give it a go. I haven't had pizza hut in 20 years. The breadsticks were yummy! The pizza is glorified frozen on my opinion. Save your money Googlers!

I placed an order for 5 pan pizzas online, when I arrived they said they never got my order. I left out for a few seconds to try and pull up the email and receipt's, when I can back inside I tried showing the person at the counter and he basically shewed me away saying” if the order not on our system it means we didn’t get it” with flamboyant arm movements and and an attitude in his voice. If its not in the system I understand its not the workers fault, but if Im trying to resolve the issue of an order I paid, don’t act like Im a burden. Im trying to currently get a refund through the app. He lucky I didnt tweak on his ahh

Okay, here we go I am a longtime Pizza Hut customer, i've frequent this location for the past 2 years, especially this past summer, 2024. I truly enjoy the Personal Supreme pizza with Extra Cheese, Add Pineapple, it's always been very skimpy, but I keep hoping that it would get bette. A couple of times this year there was a cook by the name of BIG KEITH. He makes the best. That's how I got to know his name. Because he makes the perfect pie, But he's not there all the time. So tonight, January 19th 2025I went in. Ordered my usual Personal Supreme? Extra Cheese, add Pineapple. Let me tell you it was the BEST well, made PIE EVER. It was Hardy cooked perfectly, total surprise!.. I called my boyfriend told him you can't believe they really made a great pizza this time. He said, babe, go get me one so I did. I asked, who made it? And they told me it was a guy by the name of DOUG "kudos" to doug and big keith the personal pizza It's almost $7, and it should be Hardy. I hope it continues because I do enjoy. This item I would have given you guys a 5 across-the-board. Because the store is always clean. The people are friendly, but I had to take off points for the past 2 years. Sorry, guys. Keep it up and you'll get your other stars, loyal customer. Thank you!..

Received our delivery order, excited as we don't eat out alot mostly homemade and Pizza hut came to mind imagining that 90s taste. I really wanted just the Breadsticks, been craving it for a long time. We got the box deal 1 pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon breadsticks.
Pizza was half cooked seeing raw dough, everything tasted straight raw. Pepperoni looked like it came straight out of the bag, even tasted like straight out of the bag, no oven time and it was threwn on last minute, while they threw alot on it, we thank you for that but it didn't look, taste or feel one bit cooked. I had to put the oven on and bake it a little while longer and watched it and the cheese wasn't even melting. Bread sticks were not even mediocre, Sorry but whoa, hard like rock. This is coming straight out of the box after being handed my delivery from the Doordasher and closing the front door and stuffing my face. Like I said I was really excited to have Pizza Hut, but I'm assuming rumors are true and nothing taste the same at all, kids work just for paycheck without any love and passion for their job and this is everywhere these days. 90s taste is out the door, long gone! 🤷🏽♀️ Guess I'm old school at 37 years old and my expectations was a past thought/experience. Not a fan of the cinnamon breadsticks but that was the best thing honestly, cooked throughly and stayed chewy.
Unfortunately this will be the first and last time we order Pizza Hut in this generation. Going back to making homemade copy cat pizza hut and saving money because this was not worth it.
