I was impressed with the visual aesthetic and the tasty food items at an event I was attending so I hired the team for my event.They were professional, responsive and accommodating.Everything was managed well and in a timely manner. I didn’t have to ask a lot of questions or provide a lot of direction. They were very solution oriented and managed any last minute set-up revisions and requests with grace. Overall we had a decent experience. Chef is very attentive and responsive. She was very accommodating. The food was pretty good. The green beans needed a little less garlic and the Mac wasn’t melted enough a little clumpy. The lamb chops were amazing and glazed Cornish hen very flavorful!
