Served over 170 guests with no problem! Served with a smile even though it was 95 degrees outside, and probably hotter in their food truck! The team was so kind and generous.
They made the booking process a breeze (shoutout to Ali for the amazing communication).
By the end of our event, everyone was walking around with full bellies and smiles on their faces. I have booked many foodie trucks...
I ordered Regina's catering for a child's birthday party and it was a huge hit. They are so easy to work with. Pickup was easy. And the food was amazing. I highly recommend working with Regina's.
All of the food was delicious, but the carnitas...WOW!! It got the Mexican Seal of Approval from my familia. My mother was even impressed at how well the trays were wrapped and sealed. So many compliments on the deliciousness from the guests--even the teens! Everything was amazing and I'm using the leftover toppings to make more pico de gallo.
