I wanted to inquire about the extremely rude service I just had with your carry out (Shelby). As I called and got picked up and hung up on, I decided to walk down the street to your location in Ferndale. I waited in line over ten minutes and the girl wouldn't help me one minute after the kitchen closed. She seen us standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. At that point she had a terrible attitude so I asked for the manager. The manager was unwilling to help me and was not interested in helping the situation. This was the worst service I've had at this location as a frequent customer it's very disappointing. The attitudes we're not only rude, snarky but beyond unprofessional. I hope you hire better help as us nor our friends will be returning. Even worse the lady standing behind us said her and her company order frequently and have been having issues as well and left.

I get misgendered here a LOT, but this last time was the final straw for me. Simply no excuse and no apology from the person who knew what he had done. I reached out and the response I got was woefully insufficient. If I had complained about cold fries and gotten that response I would have found it insulting, let alone this. Trans people, the pride flags out front are purely performative. Don't spend your hard-earned money here. Plenty of better options within walking distance. Allies, if you choose to eat here, know who you're supporting.

This place used to be so good. We walked in today and immediately the staff refused to follow current CDC guidelines. They were rude to us in front of other customers as well. We decided not to stay and probably will not be returning. I'll be sure to tell my friends too

This place is STILL a rat hole. They do not follow CDC guidelines and the staff is so rude.

Food was good, service was good, fair pricing. Good atmosphere having dinner with friends.

We actually were customers for One Eye Betty but since they merged into one this is hard to distinguish what proprietor this review was for. The food was average. Brunch and Bar food. The drinks/cocktails were good and the service was great not enough to warrant me going back though.

Look, they are trying hard. They are nice people here. There is just zero atmosphere. It's not fun. It doesn't feel like a pub experience.

Betty's brunch on Rosie's patio was absolutely lovely and the whole staff is fantastic!

I've been coming to Ferndale for 5 years or so and had always wondered about Rosie O'Grady's. It never really seemed busy when I'd go by except on a few occasions or perhaps happy hour. I heard that it's run by the same people that own Pops for Italian which I love. But the similarities end there. We went in for some beer and food one day and it wasn't a great choice. Sat at the bar, no one really in the place and you'd think service would be stellar. It wasn't. Slow. Ok, let's grab a menu. Now, oh... what to order. Sort of typical fare, unexciting but we are in a bar. Speaking of bar, you'd think maybe the beer selection would be good. It wasn't. Well, I take that back. If your taste runs to Miller, Bud Light and high volume domestics, you'll love it here. My taste happens to be far more refined so I was not happy. Food ended up being edible if not borderline enjoyable. You might like it, but me? See above about my taste... So a generous three stars cause there has to be a reason this place is still open. There are far better options a short walk away.

I like going to Rosie's in the summer for their great patio but it's good year round. Prices are reasonable and their food is really good, there generally isn't a long wait to get in even if you don't have a reservation.

This sandwich was so delicious. The crust on the chicken had a good crunch and the sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. Would definitely order again

Late review, but my friends and I came for St Patrick's Day because we love Rosie's! Didn't know that they had a collab with One Eyed Betty's, but it was amazing because we got to experience Joshua the bartender. Since they were so busy, he also had tables during shift change. He was the best! Great service, great recommendations, and he was still attentive to our needs. We plan on visiting Betty's to check them out and to see Josh!
