Website doesn't work and 15 dollars for a footlong at subway is ridiculous........
didn’t get to eat the food. Walked in only people in the whole building, the workers look to be making online order wouldn’t stop to even greet us or tell us one moment. Stood right in front of them fro about 5 mins without a word, decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

We ordered a simple Italian sub sandwich and requested extra vegetables and the manager said that she could not give away all of her vegetables. I said ma’am I’m perfectly willing to pay for extra vegetables and in a very curt tone she repeated…”I can’t give you all my vegetables!” Mind you, it was Memorial Day and the restaurant was slow and she refused to make a paying customer’s sandwich the way you want. I will NEVER return to this location again and will never recommend this location anyone.

I stopped by this Ferndale location because they’re open until 10 PM, and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman working tonight was quick, confirmed my order for accuracy, and had a genuinely kind attitude. After a recent negative experience at another location, this visit was a reminder that great service still exists. It was refreshing and greatly appreciated!

I think the employees would have more free time to play around on there phones if they took care of orders efficiently. I wanted to go in and pick up my sub as there was a car in the drive thru, NOPE doors locked. Had to wait in line 20+ minutes for them to complete 1 sub for the person in front of me. Only to get up to the window and they don't have my drink ready and get home to a cold meatball sub. Would have been a lot easier to just go in and grab it but then employees would have to socialize and could not be on their phones! This used to be my go to subway location, management figure it out and quit hiring high-ons.

They close early despite the hours posted constantly
This is the best one for our area. I drive a bit further to get to this one. Yum!

Extremely poor service at the drive thru. The restaurant was closed and only the drive thru was open. There were no customers ahead of us and the employees were not making any food. We were told to wait a minute and 5 minutes went by with no response. We left and saw the 2 workers just standing there talking. Will never be visiting this Subway location again.
My order was wrong. Way wrong. Like mixed up all the topping on the sub. Was incredibly rude when I asked her to remake it. Then proceeded to get it wrong again, with one of my subs missing half the toppings.
