You need to know how exceptional this store and crew is. I pick up several mobile orders at a time weekly and Jeanetta is an exception and asset to your company. I noticed she’s one of the many faces that I’ve seen there for a few years that I have been going to this location, there is no other Taco Bell within a 5 to 6 mile radius that can work as pleasantly and accurately as this location and they should definitely be compensated for wonderful work. Please know that every person there is an excellent team member and I’ve noticed all of their faces but Jeanetta goes above and beyond our order is always ready, & accurate. visited the Taco Bell in Ferndale today and decided to go inside. I was a little skeptical since it was close to high school dismissal time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Management runs a tight ship—both the dining area and behind the register were well organized, and the store was very clean. I’m truly pleased with this Ferndale location. I could have easily chosen another location, but I’m glad I didn’t. Give this manager a raise—excellent training and leadership, especially when working with youth.

Ordered via the app and picked up in drive through. Wait was insanely long, and none of the food is edible. Stale, greasy, and poorly made. Extra points for filling my cheese cup with the least amount of cheese humanly possible. Had to place another order for delivery from another Taco Bell. Avoid this location at all costs!

The staff here is so damn hardheaded , I ordered three tacos with one being with no tomato or lettuce ..they purposely put lettuce and tomatoes on it on purpose cause it seems like the entire taco was full of lettuce and tomatoes with a teaspoon full of meat , they put so much lettuce that the bag felt heavy ..it says no lettuce and tomato on the bag and the receipt how did they not see it smh and for some reason they're expensive and I won't be back ..taco bell isn't that good to spend what I did on three tacos ..I ordered two hardshell taco and one soft shell and two small child sized cup drinks and total was 19 dollars

The staff always looks like they enjoy their jobs, and the management truly supports both the customers and the team. It gives that “back in the day” fast-food vibe — fast, friendly, and done right! Clean space to enjoy your meal!

Young crew but great service. The food was great and the drive through person was energetic. The parking lot was clean and drive through was as efficient as if could be on a weekend in the evening. I will be patronizing again.

Unfortunately this location is the closest to my house. Everytime my order is WRONG. It’s not that hard to look at a screen and check the bag before it leaves. Anything south of 9 mile is trash!!! Thank god I’m moving out of this terrible area that’s too close to 8 mile!

Had 30 minutes for lunch.. ordered a steak quesadilla.. they waited 20+ minutes to tell everyone it'll be at least 30 more minutes for steak.. I ordered from the kiosk and they kept putting drive through orders before mine so they didn't even make my order after I was already late on my lunch break because of them.
