They charged and gave me 2X one of the things that we ordered. They then forgot my drink and pushed everything out the window to me, and it almost fell on the ground. Food was good though.
The workers don't even know how to greet customers. I was waiting at the counter for about 5 min. And I know at least 2 workers saw me cuz one had just waited on a customer, and a few min later a worker (didn't come to the counter) says to me "are you paying cash sir?" that's when I proceeded to tell her I had an online order
Our office recently moved to the area and TB is my go-to for cheap/fast vegetarian lunch so I hit this place once or twice a week. Staff is always nice and I never have issues with my order. Keep it up!
