Not sure what's going on - this location used to be fine, now I've been waiting in the drive thru a half hour and counting for a single meal. Moving about a car every 10 minutes. I don't understand how that's possible unless the employees just don't care.

I was not even so much as greeted when walking into this location. Everyone just looks at you like you’re an inconvenience. Also either the employees smoke in the restroom or they allow customers to do so. A simple “hi” would go a long way.

Consistently wait over an hour in the drive-thru. I'm not over exaggerating. I just waited 1 hour & 6 minutes to get my food; 2 items. This happens about 4/5 times coming to this location. I order on the app, which is prepaid, so it's not like I can go to the Woodward location after ordering, but that'll be my Taco Bell location from now on.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to figure out the night shift. Took 20 minutes to get to the car before the window. Watched 10 cars leave during this time due to the wait and eventually left as well to go to the other Taco Bell on 9 Woodward. This is ridiculous.
Where do I begin? There’s always a wait even if there’s no cars in line. The staff acts like they’re put off that they have to do their job. 9 out of 10 times your order is wrong and don’t bother telling them about it because they get combative. If I wanted to feel this disappointed I could save my money call my mom for free.
