Always enjoyed Wendy's burgers. Had a gift card so decided to try it. The chicken sandwich patty had the texture of a giant burn victim scab. Combined with the lack of mayo, it took some effort to choke down. Fries were undercooked. The kids' burgers looked like they had been run over in the parking lot. But other than that it was great.

I stopped at this wendy's on my way to see someone in royal oak. wait time in the drive-thru was short, & Kimberly provided fast, friendly service with a smile. My order was made correctly, & the food tasted fresh. This is my 2nd time stopping at this Wendy's, & no issues.

I left this review from my most recent and probably 3rd visit. I ordered online and went in to pick it up. They were incredibly slow which I understand that the fast food business is just like that at times. The food was pretty decent. Fries were good which is usually what ff places mess up.
However, while I zero expectations about "atmosphere" at a Wendy's, I would think that at bare minimum, there wouldn't be a homeless man sleeping in a booth absolutely destroying the entire place with his odor. I'm not exaggerating in the least. I smelled it the second I opened the door.
Horrible..... was closed early last night and wouldn't sell me food even though they should have been opened ...... fire that staff of under performers
