I had the fitness omlett. It was very good, loaded with sausage, mushrooms, and asparagus. It came with hash browns on the side that appeared overdone. Sourdough toast was great, buttered exceptionally. My kids hashbrows were overdone as well but that might be how they serve them there. Had to wait quite a while to get a refill on my coffee and it didn't appear terribly busy. Will go back and try more of the menu.
Biscuits and gravy had excellent gravy, but the biscuits were way too dense. Maybe the dough is being over-handled? Keeping the butter cold before mixing might help, too.
My wife's blueberry french toast was most excellent (she let me taste it).
And Bella was a great waitress. Just the right amount of attentiveness.

Everything was great except the coffee could be a little stronger; personal preference I guess. After the transition of the new owner, I thought the food quality and portion size had gone down just a little; however, the last three times we've been there, it's been great and every time we notice changes for the positive, new paint, great patio area with heaters. I've had several of the breakfast items on the menu but not the lunch items, so I can't comment...
