“Heading home from northern Michigan we googled the closest bar/tavern to visit and the Upper Bar & Grill was our destination of choice. The atmosphere felt like we were near the ski hill with the ole fireplace and log cabin feel in the back of the restaurant. Bar with plenty of drinks stocked with a pool table off to the side in a separate room. Food was well priced with great friendly service.

“The service was friendly and personal. We felt catered to and we were made to feel like they wanted us to be happy. The food came out fast, perfectly cooked and delicious. the 3 of us all went home with left overs as the servings were very generous, but somehow we still managed to share a delicious desert. We are already planning on our return visit.”
