“I come here literally every day. Genesis is always working and such a sweetheart. Very polite, customer friendly, and always makes each visit seamless. From someone else who works in customer service, I always love seeing employees who don't act like customers are a burden and just another number/order.”

“The food is delicious! The last two times we went here we waited a long time to order. The waitresses were all talking by the register. Then came the long wait for the food. People who came after us were served. This second visit we had a sandwich and an omelette. There was no reason to wait 25 minutes for the food. We were really considering leaving. Then we were going to take some food home but since our waitress didn’t come by, we decided to just pay and leave. We’ve been going to Pipers for many many years, but after the service we received the last two visits, it will be awhile before we come back. This is sad because the food is really good. The restaurant only had 5 tables with people and there were 4 or 5 people hanging around the register.”

“The absolute best little bakery and cafe. Everything and I mean everything is delicious. It’s all home made from scratch and so so so good. It’s one of those places you can take anybody to and they’ll find something yummy to eat. It feels so good to be able to go out with my little daughter and be able to feed her good food she actually is excited to eat. A very special place!

Kid-friendliness: They are SO good about your littles. My girl loves everything there, cookies, sandwiches, soups, quiche. The staff is super kid-friendly. We go so often, my 2 year old girl loves them all!”

“Stopped at the BIGGBY Coffee in Flat Rock this morning as my usual BIGGBY stop was still not open after 6:10 am. Well, I’ll be frequenting the Flat Rock location from now on! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, quick service, and I believe it was the owner, gave me a stack of coupons to give to the teachers at my school! Excellent experience overall!!”

“Wize Guys was wonderful to me and my dad tonight! A large party was reserved and all they had open were high tops, but he's a couple months out from a knee replacement and wouldn't have been able to get up. They accommodated us an brought up a low table so we could dine in. We got the Spicy Arrabiata pizza which was delicious. The Sierra Rose Blackberry Cider was also so good! Perfect place in the heart of Flat Rock, absolutely worth it!”
