We hosted a teen birthday party here and had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, flexible, and easy to work with, making the planning process stress-free. They allowed early access to the room for decorations. Parking was convenient, and the guests had a wonderful time.
One suggestion: it would be great if the restaurant offered party platters or group packages, rather than having everyone order individually, as well as pitchers of soft drinks for easier service. Overall, though, it’s a great spot for a fun celebration!

Only been there one time everything was nasty. Us and one other couple were the only ones in the place, I asked my husband if that was a sign to get up and run, but no we decided to give them a chance..Wrong Wrong and Wrong my husband said the food he ate was not right and he paid for it for 2 days after.. He was sick as a dog and refuses to eat crab legs to this day. I personally did not get sick, but I did not eat the Crab Legs.

We didn't do the karaoke, but we dined in. Food was brought out quickly, and it was delicious! I got the boil with crab legs. Will be back without kids to do the karaoke too! Yum!

Not worth the money paid for lobster tails and was size of colossal shrimp, corn was mushy, shrimp over done and crab legs over cooked waste off cash very disappointed, ordered today when they first opened at 3:15

Service was slow, like take 20 minutes to get a drink slow. Karaoke was not existent unless you rented a room, which was not told to us when we made our reservations. Never got a food order in so we decided to go to saganos and finish our bday party.

Way too long to get our food order taken. We made reservations and they didn’t have the staff to cover the extra people(not that they were busy) then we were told no karaoke in the main area because they got to many complaints!!! What!!!? You go to a place with karaoke in the name and complain about the karaoke??? And the owners comply??? Only way to do karaoke is by renting a room. For our group would have been $50 an hour!!! Our group would have easily dropped $600 + in a few hours!! Unfortunately we won’t be back!!

PURE SATISFACTORY!!! I ordered takeout. Spicy Mini Sea Food Boil. It comes your choice of seafood, I chose crab legs. It comes with 3 corn on the cob & 3 potatoes. I added sausage and 2 boiled eggs with all sauces mixed and it was on point. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection. This only cost me $28 guys. The atmosphere was is very nice and inviting. The service was pleasant. This is a nice place and I will be back. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

The private rooms for parties come with karaoke and microphones, making it ideal for a private celebration. The decor and ambiance are lovely and welcoming. That being said, the service was somewhat slow, especially when we needed assistance from the staff. Despite having a bell to call for service, it would take a while for them to arrive. A notable feature is the ability to create your own account and order food and drinks, with a range of seafood and Chinese options available. Keep in mind that events wrap up at 12, so plan accordingly. All in all, it was a nice experience, but the venue could work on streamlining their service

I booked a room yesterday for 26 people. Everyone was friendly and acccomdating. The food was decent. Overall the environment was clean which is why I gave them 3 stars. The whole point of booking the room was for our to sing Karoake. That said, it was a disaster. The equipment was faulty. The mics were going in and out and then there was this loud boom static that fill the room which was difficult for my autistic son who was also there. We had to constantly send for staff to fix the equipment. Then half way through, one of the mic stopped working. The experience I had was enjoyable because of the people I was with and not because of the business. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience we experienced being there. That said, it is not a business I would recommend.

I was actually surprised at how nice this Place is... Great Service and Delicious Drinks.. I Ordered A Seafood Boil It Needed Ah Bit More Spice But It Was Good And Wasnt Over Cooked... Felt Very Safe And Had A Great Time!!

First of all security at the door patting down 12 and under children that is accompanied by adults is weird, 2nd the private room rate is a little bizarre if the room size you are saying is accommodating your party size and don't i booked a medium room which was supposed to accommodate 18 people and i only had 13 or less people and barely had table space for everyone to eat, the restroom inside the room was not clean neither was the main restroom, they used spaghetti noodles for the Ramen noodles with the seafood boil, it was a 1st and last time for me I think spent over 500.00 for my son 8th birthday, first and last time.
This was a great place. It would be nice for parties or birthdays for a more personal Low key party. Overall very clean and would definitely go back.
