This was our first visit. We dined in. The appetizers were poor. The food was very pricey and was mediocre at best. They have a FORCED 18% gratuity attached to the bill, which explains why the service was VERY SLOW and we only saw our waitress when we got up and asked for her to come back over to our table (3 times). Even though the place was practically empty. WILL NOT BE BACK! ?

As a server, I am very understanding of all the things that can go wrong in a day and affect your service Nothing excuses the servers all talking at the front and never once coming to check on us until I had to slam my glass on the table just to get more water. The food was good but the service was deplorable. I truly hope it's better when there's more than one table in the whole restaurant. And just for shits and giggles, every table in the restaurant says crad instead of crab? they def have some kinks to work out if they intend to stay open...... and the auto gratuity is def there to protect the fact they can't do their job, just as a heads up.
