I absolutely love the service, food, and experience. Particularly I have to thank Minh and show my appreciation. She goes above and beyond to make every Saganos experience the best. Tonight she was in prime form. Bouncing from the bar, to the register, to bagging up takeout to helping associates. 10/10 would recommend. Also need to mention Jamie who is fabulous as well. She really makes you feel welcomed. Go for the great service and then stay for the food. :)
Loved watching the chef cook the food in front of us while making it entertaining. Food was delicious and was very generous with the portions. While it was a little pricey, I found it enjoyable and will return.
It's been a while since I have been to Sagano. The food was great. We did hibachi. The chef was great. Food was great as well. Definitely will be back!

Sagano Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse is a great place with a fun hibachi experience. The chefs cook food on a flat top grill and put on an enjoyable show. Portion sizes are huge, even for lunch, with very tasty food and plenty to take home. The sushi is the best around, incredibly fresh and tasty, and is better than the hibachi food, which is done for the experience. The crab soup is decent, but the dumpling soup was oversalted. Mixed drinks are just OK, with a great Cosmo but a not good specialty drink. The staff is excellent, attentive, friendly, and super sweet. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and has a great energy. The owner is a very nice person. This is a top-tier dining experience with fresh, flavorful food and genuinely excellent service. Highly recommended.
