I hate to do this but I just got home with my beef and cheddar that I had to park and wait 30 minutes for (I was told it would take 10-15), and the majority of the beef is raw. I had to re-cook it myself. I’ve never had any issues at this location before, but this was very gross. Also the rest of my food was cold which tells me it sat for 30 minutes while the roast beef “cooked”

On Labor Day the man working was so nice! I could tell there were very few workers and he seemed to do it all. Take orders inside and out, make the food and be the cashier. Great worker!
Food took some time but it was made fresh and was very hot. The crinkle fries were very salty. Definitely a dated restaurant, half the drinks were out of order. The carpet was sticky at the end farthest from the counter. The women's bathroom had paper all over it.
There were only two people working the store at the time my group came in - Collin and Brittany - and they absolutely killed it. Not only did they keep both drive thru and the front of the store running despite it only being the two of them, but they also did not compromise speed or quality of service. I cannot state enough how incredible the two of them are.

When our group stopped in it was only Collin and Britney working, both drive thru and store front, they rocked it. Not only were they super friendly, service was fast and the food was fantastic!

Worst Arby's I've been too. One of the Managers "Debbie" who lied and said her name is Lisa is Rude and Unprofessional. The food on her shift is raw and sloppy. I will NEVER go back to this Arby's if she's on duty.
I filed a complaint to Corporate and they were gracious enough to send me a complimentary coupon for 3 free sandwiches (which I didn't report her to get free food) but it was a blessing. Like I said..if that Manager is there I won't go there. She's the type of person who would spit in your food and give it to you.
If possible, avoid this Arby's if you can. (Arby's on Hill Road in Flint, MI) ( 3080 Miller Rd, Flint, MI 48507)
