Nuevo Vallarta Mexican restaurant #2 offers a variety of Mexican dishes with exceptional service. Lunch is served promptly and hot, with attentive servers. The restaurant is clean and cleared of tables immediately. The portion size of some dishes, such as the chimichanga special, may be smaller than expected. The special comes with rice, beans, and a small salad. A chicken and rice soup, although not on the menu, can be requested and is filled with fresh vegetables and tortilla crisps. The quesabirria tacos are highly praised, described as fantastic, with some reviews mentioning that they are better than others in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the owner is personable and welcoming, often engaging with customers at the bar. The atmosphere is beautiful, with impressive stonework and well-designed renovations that create a warm and inviting environment. The restaurant offers a variety of food options, including Bombe margaritas, which are a pleasant change from typical drinks. The manager and staff clearly care about the quality of food and presentation, providing consistent outstanding service whether for small groups or catering orders for larger events. Overall, the restaurant is known for its good food, friendly service, and nice atmosphere.
