I have been coming to Banana Boat for yrs, never had a problem, however today the staff was rude & lacking communication. I ordered a JR soft serve ice cream and I asked the guy at the register to let them know not to make it ridiculously big, because my Son will make too much of a mess. The staff still brings me a cone with so much ice cream it was almost melted before giving it to me, so he offers me a cup. I ask him to simply make again smaller and he goes back and forth...
Very delicious ice cream. 100 percent. Parking is limited due to the very small parking lot. The lines can get long so I recommend going very early when they open, or when its close to closing. They are seasonal. Very kind staff. Been going here for years and never had a problem. Prices are affordable. Best ice cream shop in the county
Lots of flavors to choose from. Ice-cream, slushes, 🍌 splits, shakes, add is/toppings. Easy to find location, decent size parking lot, small area at aside with a few picnic tables of you choose to order and stick around to enjoy your cool treat. 😊
