Came to the restaurant at 7 something me and my husband took the bus and they had the doors closed when they close at 9pm and I asked do we walk around and the youngster go shugg his shoulders like he don't overstand. Yall need to do better

I knew there was a reason why I haven't been to this location in 20 yrs.... this is definitely the worst B.J. in Genesee County! Trust me, I've been to them all... returned my food immediately! Let me get that refund up outta you playa! Y'all playin at this location I see...they so skimpy with everything.... Neva goin back!

This location never wants to turn the grill on high. Food is never hot; just warm. The employees are always very nice though.
First off the seats in there look like they need power washing so I wouldnāt even sit on them and I asked for three sauce and three peppers for my 16ā Philly chickens and the girl proceeded to put Italian in my bag. Idk.. was she tryna be funny or what ? Cause she hurry up and ran to the back after making my lil bag. She must not be from Flint, she donāt know what red sauce is ?

Food was very good , cooked and made just how I liked. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the bread. It was not the usual big john bread it was more like a bun.

Oh my Iām home visiting and of course I wanted a Big John so bad. So I went into the restaurant and order the 12 foot everything except peppers peppers on the side, so as the young lady prepares, to do my food , She took it out of a container and put it on the grill get my bread, put the food in the bread and put in the Microway oven (I thought she was preparing the sandwich for someone else).. Iām just looking because Iām like I know thatās not my sandwich . because you supposed to be grilling everything.. ( I thought) So, of course, she said your order is ready and looking at her like where is this and that she gave me my food ( I know I should of said something but I didnāt say anything( cause she would have put that back in the container)and get in the car opening up took a picture to Go and half of it went to my nephew I taste it I was so disappointed oh my Dry & cold I was going to take it back but I didnāt I brought it home I was gonna remake it but I just didnāt do it. I was so disappointed the whole night, so yeah, my food was nasty so today I will be going out to another location and get me a sandwich. I was on the clip Road location. Oh, but I will be calling out there today
