I tried Big John's because they advertise in our church bulletin. The sandwich was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly. I plan to make this a regular lunch spot for me.

Good food per usual, but the guy named Alex was holding up the line with all his talking. When it’s super busy like it was, and you’re talking peoples ear off, slowing the line down even more, you’re bound to piss people off.
