I've visited several Biggby Coffee locations in Metro Detroit. The service and products are stellar. THIS Flint location is underwhelming. The location is cool, but they have no clue how to make a German Mocha Latte. The coffee and flavors were weak. I was mad that I ordered two of them. Waste of money. Never again.

I've been going to this location since it opened. The baristas there are the best! They're helpful, accommodating, and always have something cool to say or talk about. In like 18 months of going there 3-5 times a week they have never once messed up my drink! 👏👏👏👍👍

The first time I arrived I had order the teddy gram cappuccino and it was good but this time I went it was bad I did not like it nor I did not like the server very upset
Downtown Flint location. There was only one employee and she was SLAMMED. She definitely should have had some help. The building was SO HOT. They had no air and the wait time was long due to the lack of help. We walked over to the couches to wait with the kids ao we were out of the way and the security guard was trying to push us out the doors.

Depending on the Barista they do a pretty good job. I had one of the frozen drinks for the first time in a while. I was sweet as cake! Usually the vibe is good so I sit and use the wifi. Also the menu has some healthy options as well. If you're looking for protein and not a super intense sugar rush. I'm not saying that's bad just having other options available is consumer friendly. I would suggest them as a nice place to go.
