That way, it keeps the noodles bouncy and not soggy. The pork was tender, and the vegetables had that fresh crisp so it gave a wonderful blend of textures with each bite. I have a high spice tolerance, so the spicey miso was a nice kick, and nicely mellowed out with a milk tea on the side. 10/10 will order again.
