It’s Christmas Eve, our evening plans fell through and I did NOT feel like cooking. The only fast food open at 10 pm was Rally’s. We pulled up to the longest line I think we’ve ever seen. After 30 mins of waiting in line, we’ve placed our order and are at the window. I joked to my husband how much the employees must hate us and I feel terrible. It was a very cold evening and I was not dressed for the occasion. This may skew my review a bit. It seemed like it took longer to both place an order and receive the product. This is almost assuredly because this location appears to be understaffed. With the negative out of the way, I can attest the food quality is on par with the cost.
Fast service and friendly employees made this experience everything I needed for the day. The wait was not long, and I went through the drive-through, and it was an excellent experience.
