The service it was great. She was nice and very friendly. She always checking on us to see if we needed refills or she could help us in any other ways. The food was very good also.

Went through the drive through, was told French fries, waffles, turkey, turkey bacon and other stuff wasn't available, ordered the Sicilian, asked for extra peppers on the side which seemed to confuse the lady briefly, also asked for an additional side of Italian, pulled forward and she informed me normally that stuff would be extra, never said I couldn't pay an upcharge would have gladly paid it. Coleslaw was like 5 bucks and was like comically small for the price, I think Captain Coty might have been messing with me. They shooed me off before I could ask for water, they weren't busy. food wasn't bad, just nothing worth coming back for except that it's close.

TO SAY THE WORST SERVICE PICKED THREE DIFFERENT MEALS JUST TO END UP WITH A HAMBURGER BECAUSE NONE OTHER WAS AVAILABLE"" HEADS UP MY FRIEND'S BURGER CAME BACK RAW THEY TOOK IT BACK AFTER THEY TOOK A BITE OUT OF IT AND THE COOK THREW IT ON THE GRIDDLE AND RESERVED IT TO HIM"NOTE HIS GERMS WERE ON THAT BURGER THAT THEY SERVED TO EVERYBODY IN THAT RESTAURANT .. THE FOOD IN HOSPITALITY WILL KEEP ME AWAY NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY MCDONALD'S NEXT DOOR IS PACKED ALWAYS IN THIS PLACE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS EMPTY

Terrible. They served my 3 year old a raw burger ,Burnt our chicken potato skins and mozz. Sticks. Then the cook and funny looking attendant behind the counter wanted to act like it was normal then proceeds to tell me the manager isnt in and wont be in until i leave. To my server Veronica its still not ur fault tho. Rating -0

This used to be my go-to restaurant. My daughter and I ordered breakfast this morning and neither one of us could finish it. We had different things but we both got sick and now we can’t stay out of the bathroom. When I called and spoke to Miranda the manager, she told me that we definitely didn’t get sick from their food and that her husband ate there this morning with no issues. She was rude, condescending and apparently she knows more about our bodies and how we got sick than we do. They have lost a customer for good as we will not return.

I ordered an omelet last month and I found hair inside my Omelette Also used to love their Super Sicilian sandwiches I order mines with no banana peppers and no Italian dressing and they still put banana peppers and Italian dressing on my sandwich.And it comes with three different types of meat turkey ham and salami they put more of the turkey than anything else and also it comes with Swiss cheese they don't even put the Swiss cheese on it Their food went downhill
Breakfast here was crazy big plates for little money it was unbelievable how much food was on these plates they had vegetarian omeletts, egg white omeletts, meet omeletts it was delicious tip the cook he did his job well.

1st time trying Coty's restaurant got broasted chicken carry out was shorted a breast and thigh (substituted) with 2 legs, gravy was pretty salty but overall we'd go back and try some of their other menu item's.
