the bagels here are so good and the customer service is amazing. the workers are always so happy and engage in conversation. when the toaster broke i was so bummed but i will continue to go here. the menu variety is great, along with affordable prices for college students. a great place to go for some bagels!!!!
Visited Einstein's near Kettering University in Flint, MI and got their newest veggie sandwich and coffee. They were able to reduce the carbs for me and it was quite delicious! They staff were welcoming and super friendly. It is definitely worth the visit!

Customer service is always so amazing, and the girls who work at this Einstein are always so friendly. They know their regular customers very well and are very generous as well. One time I had asked for a sample of a drink and they ended up giving me a full size drink to myself and my friend for free. All the food is so delicious and I will continue to stay a regular there. Right now, their toaster is currently broken which is a bit of a bummer but I will still continue to go....read full review
