I ordered vanilla cold brew coffee and a bacon egg cheddar bagel. The vanilla cold brew coffee tasted like pure syrup. It was disgusting. The bagel was hardly toasted, still cold and the cheese unmelted. The staff didn't seem too enthusiastic about their job. Wasted my ten dollars never coming back.

not sure how many stars to give since I didn't get to eat but I think your Google page has the wrong hours. it says this place closes at 3pm so I get there a little after 1:30 and everything was closed and the workers re-opened the grab n go in case we wanted something but said they can't prepare anything. just disappointed after having to drive 20 minutes since I was craving a bagel and chose Einstein rather than big apple bagel, now I gotta drive another 20 minutes to the nearest big apple bagel. not the workers fault but fix your hours online so this doesn't happen to others
Save your money and go to Big apple bagels instead,Not only do they never have the bagels they advertise the service is HORRIBLE. Cashiers have the most HORRIBLE attitudes. When you call the store you will never get an answer. They should not be working serving food if they hate this job. I don’t understand how this location is still open,every time I go I have an unpleasant experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Customer service is always so amazing, and the girls who work at this Einstein are always so friendly. They know their regular customers very well and are very generous as well. One time I had asked for a sample of a drink and they ended up giving me a full size drink to myself and my friend for free. All the food is so delicious and I will continue to stay a regular there. Right now, their toaster is currently broken which is a bit of a bummer but I will still continue to go. Muffins are still a great option without the toaster!

the bagels here are so good and the customer service is amazing. the workers are always so happy and engage in conversation. when the toaster broke i was so bummed but i will continue to go here. the menu variety is great, along with affordable prices for college students. a great place to go for some bagels!!!!
