I ordered my food with extra cheese but instead i got no cheese when i called up there i was told since i had it delivered i had to get my money back from them instead of offering to deliver the cheese i paid big bucks for i don’t feel like that was good service i feel like i was pawned off it should have been sent to me at their expense especially since she acknowledged it was their fault

I frequent this place as it one of my favorites. The food is great and the service is excellent. I've never had to wait for a table or a server. The food is always hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this place for great Mexican food.

I haven’t been to El Potrero in a few years. My oldest son was feeling Hangry Joes and the rest of us were feeling Mexican, so this was the closest Mexican restaurant. I ordered and paid online so they would be ready about the same time. I did not notice when ordering that I was actually ordering through Grub Hub. My order was supposed to be ready between 430-440. I got there at 430. The man asked if I was the online order. He said I was robbed, because they charge so much more...
